DesigN

Component design is our bread and butter. First, we gather information about how your parts need to fit and function. Next, we consider how you want them to look, what materials will best support the design intent, and how we can configure your project to keep engineering and manufacturing costs down. Finally, we create a 3D model with our Solidworks CAD software and you come away with a complete design plan for your project. We can supply models, blueprints, 3D printed prototypes, and even finished products via our network of trusted vendors.

Reverse Engineering

Need to replace a hard to find part? Want to improve an outdated design with higher quality materials? We precisely measure and model your existing part and can supply you with a blueprint and/or prototype. For finished products, we can help you find the perfect shop to get the job done right or outsource it for you ourselves.

3D Printing

We offer 3D printing of prototype and end use parts on our Markforged Mark Two and Onyx One printers. We can produce parts in a wide range of materials and colors to meet the needs of most applications. If we can't print your part, we can refer you to somewhere that can or have it done for you.

Consultation

In addition to product design and rapid prototyping, we also offer quality management consultation. Your shop's success relies on getting good parts out the door in a timely matter - having a rock solid quality system to keep your business on track supports that.
